anyways, it was quite a nice class gathering i guess.
but the sad thing is, most of us were talking abt STARS.

i cant stand how much ntu suck.
everything.
the modules part, everything is so not lt-friendly.

i really admire myself for my crapping skills man sometimes.
but again, i dislike writing those cards cos my hands get really tired by like the 4th/5th card.

cos we went to jo's hse after the countdown and i remb us eating prata at 7am in the morning.
then i slept like a log after i came home.
and yea 26th dec 2004[which happen to be the tsunami day], i embarked on my trip to shanghai. on a SQ plane. 1st time in my life i took SQ. real fun!
watched the little bride on the plane. rocks!!! i still love it. regret not buying the vcd in genting tt time! maybe i shld go hunt for it later.
and i experienced SNOW for the 1st time in my life too!
so fun, i want to go on plane trips soon!!!!

and i def want to utilise my last few days of freedom to the MAX.
cos i noe sch is so gonna suck when sch reopens.
with everything coming in. and i will look lk a zombie walking around in sch.

something nice to note, there is no trng next sat! cheers!

i want to visit tw and bkk still.
tt shall be my xmas wish. haha.

3.Cheers forbid the sale of alcohol from 1am to 6am.

for the db chalet.
we were so active tt we got a warning letter from the guards.
the fellow staying downstairs came up to ask us

this is the funniest thing i ever heard man.
we were just playing a game tt requires us to BANG the FLOOR
that is ALL. why make such a big fuss?

they come chalet to sleep one is it. might as well go and sleep at home better.

why pay abt 100 bucks a nite to come and sleep on foreign beds and getting all angry cos ur neighbours upstairs are just trying to have fun!

and we kind of concluded tt the STEALER must be one of the irritating rascals sitting outside OUR ROOM, making so much noise, SMOKING[yucks] and drinking and chatting till so freaking late.
i remb myself keep complanining how come the ppl outside so noisy. i wanna lodge a complaint agst them since complaints were lodged against US the 1st place the prev nite.
anws we concluded tt IT must be them.
cos no idiot will steal in the presence of others.
the guards suck more cos they are freaking inefficient and bias.
how come they didnt ask the rascals outside to GET A LIFE and stop making noise.
since they like to mind ppl's business tt much.

back to the FUN part of the chalet.
i didnt sleep for the whole of the db chalet!!! cos we were busy playing OLD MAID and the hunter and bear game.
i admit i am the lousiest BEAR on earth.
act it isnt my fault too.
cos i didnt speak much throughout the whole nite.
then if i am chosen as the bear, i got to speak up right. or else i will be blamed for not speaking up. but if i speak up, ppl will noe tt I AM the BEAR.
zhen de shi dilemma man.
so tt means, i must talk non stop next time from the start.
i want to be a good convincing nbs bear the next time round.

can i complain abt the weather.
it had to rain on the bbq nite. so infuriating.
but many thanks to teddy, huili, yvonne, lili and youwen for trying to keep the fire alive.
so sorry tt i didnt help much.
i felt tt i was just running around trying to collect money the whole nite.
the gift exchange was not bad. quite fun.
i got a towel and a bear.
xiaohong is the funniest person on earth to give foolscap ppr. real practical but real useful too.

the s1b gift exchange was the FUN-est.
shini really tried her best to create the xmasy atmosphere by getting and high when the xmas carols were on.
and yea, funnie man when we kept getting our own names.
cor's present has got to be the most ultimate man.

i got hotdogs and detergent from mayo? sounds not bad? haha.

alrights zoo was alrights, nothing really that spectacular!
well, my main aim of going to the zoo was NOT achieved.
which is to eat ben n jerry's! i am so devastated!!!!
cos teddy had to go down to NDC and being nice[haha], i went with her!
quite cool to see the dentist in action.
looks like jo gonna roll in big bucks in future w those metal tools of hers haha!
anws back to the singapore zoological gardens,
took 138 there from AMK! haha.
watched this show at the amphitheatre. goodness the animals are so agile.
the monkeys appear from all places. luckily i never sit near the BOX or in front man.
i will seriously get freaked out and faint on the spot.
didnt manage to see the polar bears too so sad.
the baboons are GROSS. their butts are omgosh. and they love to fight! gangsters! haha. jk.
overall, the zoo was not bad. plus the bonus tt my tic is FREE! i love foc stuff man!
just tt we look a bit OUT OF PLACE!
cos the ppl there are either TOURIST or kinder kids[btw the kids r cute!]! haha.

and yea i went to GRAB the VCD todae. $17.90!
and got a FREE NICE poster which i gave to my sis. argh! so angry! cos the poster is qt nice.

HOW? the weights i did was pathetic! i did my fav stn, triceps pull down! cheers! hahaha. 5 times? rocks man! oh the treadmill was like DOWN for quite sometime. the new management seems quite irritating, maybe they are just trying too hard to make an impression on the residents!

headed down to j8 to catch JY and sugi! oh man. CSS is crazy. their fans are mad. the banners are so LONG and HUGE. standing at the back of the pack, i cant see a crap. so angry with them. luckily zhen rong told them off! in a polite manner! but still, i only caught jy n sugi for 10secs? managed to catch zhen rong upclose! how i wish he is still hosting 933 progs! he rocks! haha. now my fav 933 dj has got to be zhou da qiu, cavin. though i used to hate his hosting to the max!
anyways, surprise surprise, we saw WEI CHOONG and DERRICK! wc was wearing specs!!!!! cool! haha. derrick w his cap. mayo thinks he is MAN. ok la. haha. when we managed to get a good spot, der and wc disappeared! argh.

watched only 3 performances by the CSS. well, the 1st one was ok la. 2nd and 3rd one were the sajc and tpjc twins. not bad la. they got tai feng, spontaneous! oh i saw this tj guy, and was just looking at him for maybe 2 secs[nt tt he is cute, but i was like eh tj...]? and his gf stared at me as though i wanna steal her bf. crazy! really admire those students for their courage man!

after a long discussion, we decided to dine at THAI EXPRESS. i dont think i will go back there ever again. i seriously think i can only eat Wn and Chinese food. thai food, nono, not my cup of tea. ordered patythai[sp?]! ok la....10 bucks? not worth it man. had fun laughing at pork's lips though. poor lips of hers got swollen cos of her fiery noodles! haha. cor and mayo ordered green curry! HAO CHI!

since i was so bored, i took out my old letters and read them all over again.
the later ones. realised i seriously received a lot of letters from june.
we exchanged like damn a lot of letters! maybe 10 in all? which is pretty cool.
our topics spanned from one end of the world to another.
it is amazing to note how much topics we had in common.
from hotel management to news abt ppl in third world countries to how we feel about ppl to how we always screw up our pracs, be it chemistry or biology[this kinda explains why i am in acct]...

we were like partners! u noe in pri sch, we were made to hold hands with our partners?
haha sounds a bit too old for that now eh? but june was seriously like my partner in jc!
oh and we entered bio remedial together and we had this really funny bio-r session with daniel chua and shini. we just laughed non-stop for the whole lesson. cant really remb what we were laughing about though.

and it is sad to note that june will be leaving for aussie in feb06.
she's one smart ass who got a MOH scholarship in speech therapy!
though she aint those who love to shop and love cheapo stuff like me,
we somehow managed to 'click'. the chemistry was definitely there...

she seems really busy nowadays...but cant be helped.

those friends that i made in class are merely acquaintances...
i dont go out with them, nor call them unless it is regarding aa101, ab102, ab103, ab105 and ab114 stuff.
sounds kinda sad but it is the cold hard truth.
i envy rs and lili, who got such fantastic classmates that they can click with.
sometimes, i wonder if it is really just me with the prob?
having a close, huge clique in jc made me rather unsatisfied with many things now...

but i am really glad to have met the abovementioned ppl.
cos they have made my life much more FUN.
and i believe there will be more fun for the chalet....
though the planning process is tough, but i am sure we will all enjoy the fruits of labour.

actually i am pretty lucky,

scouting around for present, but failed.
ended up at People's Park instead.
cos there was 20% discount storewide. *eyes lit up. haha.
BUT the devastating thing is that.
Teddy decided NOT to get that item afterall.
seriously wanted to box her up. and throw her down the building. haha. kidding.
so in the end, we went to MAXWELL[2 consecutive days, faints] food centre
and ate this NOT-NICE-AT-ALL fishball mee. got cheated.
but the happy thing is
i bought the mushroom pie from liang cheng mei dian.
ONE only though. better than nothing! yummie!

everywhere in chinatown was bo-ing jay chou's FA RU XUE!
can faint.

was too lazy to visit the doc today. cos the sun was so scorching hot.

the above is what i bought in penang and KL. of course, i didnt take pics of the 3 boxes of tau sar bia and 1 box of 12 dunkin donuts tt i bought.

i am so gonna see a doctor later re my ____. argh. how come it doesnt heal!!!!!

and i am getting bored staying at home.

Penang & KL Trip

Day 1
Day 1 is actually taking the Sri Maju Coach to Penang. Stopped over at this restoran. which sucks. the toilet is damn smelly until cannot smelly. the bao is big until cannot big. haha. RM 2.60 only, i didn't pay for it anyways. TEDDY paid for the lousy bao! dont noe what kind of bao it is man. you da you bu hao chi. journey to penang quite fast. though it took abt 10hrs? reached Sunway Hotel like around 7am? one hr before scheduled time.

Day 2
Ate breakfast at this roadside stall. i think not bad lars. damn cheap somemore. RM 2.50 only for a bowl of prawn mee!!!! the soup was not bad. but the rest didnt seem to like the food. the auntie zuan dao man. sudden surge of business. the iced milo tasted horrendous. they added almond powder inside i think. and the uncle was this damn blur guy. he keep forgetting who ordered what. after breakfast, walked around and snapped a few lame photos. like the andes mosquitoes one. changed up, went for lunch at this 747 restoran. ok lars the food. proceeded to 'test' water after tt. no, we didnt just went to 'feel' the water, we rowed! but for a while only. went back hotel to wash up. got my room. 1115. roomed with ade. the room got weird toilet smell. argh. other than tt smell, the room is generally not bad. 3.5 stars out of 5 lars. at nite, snrs brought us to the tau sar bia shop! the tsb is CHEAP. RM 6.50 for a box of 32 tsb. tell me where can u get a better deal than tt? ordered 3 boxes of tsb! then we went to komtar. actually until now, i still dont noe where's komtar. as in is komtar the building or what? was quite an auntie and went to giant and bought quite some stuff which i cant even finish eating n drinking by the last day!

Day 3
Ran 10 rounds[short one] round the hotel buldg. smelly like no one's business. had breakfast. usual stuff lars. western food style. the way they cooked the egg is a bit weird. got add 'cong' one! i like 'cong' though! hash brown rocks! went for trng! yea rowed 500m. wah really endurance man. the water is so choppy...rowed mixed also...hmmm. the guys were a bit unfriendly? haha. well, but we didnt take initiative to talk to them either. the guys really PULL LONG man. went back hotel and went to plaza gurney at nite! woohoo! rocks man! the FOS ROCKS. body glove rocks too. xiaohong and i spent abt RM 300 in tt shop together. until xh is like a member of body glove now! haha. i bought a shirt and 2 polo tees yea! too bad the NOSE shop didnt have my size. so depressing. wanted to get a pair of slippers! dined at secret recipe. CHEAP MAN. the cakes and brownies. one brownie for RM 3.50?

Day 4
RACE DAY! the opening ceremony was crappy. so many langs. and it was so freaking hot tt dae. everyone became like baked potatoes la. never put sunblock somemore. the guys race was quite a disappointment. something unfortunate happened to the ____[i dont noe how to spell tt thing]! it broke loose i think and the boat went out of the lane and direction. quite sad for them. and next up was mixed race already. i was shocked tt they changed all the guys in my boat. at least those around me looked different from the prev trng day. yanying and i kept exchanging glances man. really merry xmas man! haha. anws heat 1 was BAD. very BAD. but we bucked up and the repecharge was good though my boat didnt get into the finals. loved the 'hee ya hee ya' part! during 'charging'! women's race was not bad. my boat came in 2nd! after we passed the orange buoy, i was like 'why is everyone so happy man?'. yuan lai, we got 2nd!!! haha. and yea, i got my 1st ever medal in my life! :) after tt, we went back hotel to wash up and headed down to gurney drive. wah good food man. but a bit overrated i feel. so many stalls selling similar food. monopolistic competition lors. but really CHEAP! RM 2 for a bowl of assam laksa! i have this habit of converting everything to sing dollars before thinking 'whether i shld buy a not'...ate oyster omelette, rojak, prawn mee, assam laksa, wantan mee, char KOAY teow[this is the exact spelling mayo, tt is why i CAPS it in the prev entry], bbq chicken wings, muah chee and drank coconut drink! after tt, went to plaza gurney to get BEER. goodness, beer is the most horrible drink on earth. the snrs had fun making xiaohong drunk! keep toasting her! funny lors. and lili is another joker with her 'yeah'....

Day 5
Took bus to KL. the bus journey was quite fun lars. 5 hrs and we reached KL! lili's dad is the nicest person on earth, fetching us here and there! thanks Mr Gan! went str to midvalley! oh we took KTM from KL SENTRAL to midvalley! damn efficient man the KTM. and i ate my 1st ever dunkin donut at kl sentral there! thanks lili for the treat! midvalley damn big man! can faint! snapped many photos. walked around. went to FOS and bought a few AB & F stuff. the paul frank shirts are damn cute, too bad i suck in them. took KTM to KEPONG, lili's estate area and her dad drove us to this roadside stall. damn nice. sell dimsum kind! hao chi man! everything is nice! esp the mango ice! yummy!!! and price is affordable! nice!!!!! and i feel quite 'at home' at tt pt of time. haha. and after dinner, Mr Gan fetched us back to his house! and i met the Gan Sisters. Ang ku kueh man they all. lili's hse is quite traditional and i am amazed by the no of trophies she got in pri sch. really amazed. she is damn smart lars! crapped quite a lot then slept around 3 plus am.

Day 6
Ate damn 'HOME feeling' noodles for breakfast. so cute man. how the market and food centres 'come' to them. left lili's hse and departed for KLCC. didnt take pics of petronas towers cos shoppg more impt. no time to waste. i didnt buy any clothes there but i think KLCC rocks. the interior and everything. too bad not much time to shop. Bought 12 DUNKIN DONUTS. i think i bought too many! cheap what. buy 9 get 3 free. only around RM 19! good deal right? ate A & W's! rocks man! donnoe how come their waffle icecream only got strawberry flavour! nevertheless, it rocks. havent ate it for ages! like YEARS! took bus back to SPore. the bus a bit sucky i feel. but is is the lower end kind. RM 30 yea...the way they arrange our seating is crap. 1C, 11A and 11B. like wth! in the end, youwen had to sit away from us! and at our 2nd stopover, i saw the 1st ever CAT/animal/moving creature in msia! damn small lars the cat. luckily i SAW it!

u noe where the bus stopped. opp spore casket. what a place. transnasional buses! cabbed home! and rushed to meet aud and pork. GOTHAM PENTHOUSE is located at the weirdest location i tell u. at this bulg called. ONE NITE STAND. like what the heck? haha. basically, cos i am sick and i aint really a into clubbing kind, i found the whole bash rather un-interesting and i cant wait to leave the place. if not for the bash, i wouldnt even have come back to spore so early. i could have conquered the whole KLCC and head down to BUKIT BINTANG and the donnoe what utama place...anyways GH got the nicest toilets in the world man! damn nice. i like the basin! rocks! and vodka sprite sucks? as in it tasted like medicine. generally, alcohol is unhealthy n sucky to drink i feel. pork wanted to leave so i left with her! we tried walking to chinatown but failed termendously, cos we ended up at cityhall. decided to cab home which reminds me tt i owe her 2 bucks for the cab. and yea, i am sick right now. must be the rush of heaty food.
