olympics swimming has come to an end!

quite sad. considering tt i missed like the last 3 daes of swimming action.
1st night- my mum woke up and switched off my tv. boo!
2nd night- didnt feel tt well.
3rd night-which was yest's night. i missed the whole thg cos my hp alarm didnt go off! i didnt set it properly actuallie. argh. went to the athens2004.com to chk it out
-women and men medley relay. AUS and US won respectively and WR were broken for both!
-inge de brujin won the 50m freestyle! maybe her last olympics!
-grant hackett won the 1500m freestyle! and he broke the OR. i wonder how come he got the stamina to swim like 30 laps? ok, is one lap 50m or 100m? can someone enlighten me?

think in 2008 beijing, we may not get to see many of the big stars anymore
everyone is retiring! luckily ian thorpe is not hahas.
i think inge de brujin is, maybe hoogenband, petria thomas.

the prev world record was 3 mins15s.

this is madness.
the race i watched. aus was in lane 5 i think
and the ACTUAL race tt took place on 15 aug 2004
aus was in lane one.
which means.
central showed us the 2000 video clip.
i don noe how true is tt
i think the whole thing is so mysterious.
