haha. just came home and RUSHED to blog.
sound so ks. haha. cant help it. still in the racey mood...
basically it was quite fun overall. pretty like shi zi lu kou!
okie let me start from the beginning.
me pork and aud reached buona vista mrt stn at 0830(on time ok!)
and then yah lianghe and liyao were dere alr(like not fast!)
then we listened to cor(who didnt come cos her auntie visit her)
and took 95 to nus. hmm. and guess who we saw at the busstop.
MANY i mean NUMEROUS river valley high sch boys and girls..
we felt so paiseh cos we thot we were only competing with them.
cos it's like we are so old and they are so young.
ok then somehow we reached the meetg place(at bball courts there)
fast forward....met the vj "couples" team(haha)
soon, we realised e whole rv interact club was there or sthg.
and rv ppl make up 95% of e competitors!
oh there's one yr vj team too! who kept staring at our team.
flag off at 1015(it was 45 mins later than the time stated!)
the game goes like this:
1.facilitator gives u a clue. u are supposed to guess the district. guess alr then she will give another clue which is the clue to the exact place to eat.
2. once u reach tt place. supposed to find the facilitator stationed there. tt person will give u a task to do. upon completing, u are given a clue to the food stall.
--> then u must run ard like mad dogs lookg for the stall. sometimes there can be more than one stall with the "food on legs" sign. and tt's why we screw up some parts.
3. after u find the stall. show the auntie/uncle the clue and u will be served whatever the dish is. then u are supposed to copy down the 4digit no at the stall.
4. run like siao bac to where the facilitator was to get the next clue re the district.
and the whole cycle repeats itself.

in all. 9 stalls. 5 tasks.
and our team only completed 6 stalls. which is alr a FEAT cos it is madness lah.
u are supposed to report bac at 5pm! and there are 9 stalls.
all ard spore. i never bluff u man. it's all ard.
so basically, our grp ate tangyuan(at blk 163 bukit merah central), shucks i cant rem liaos..hmmm..

rushed to queensway there to eat chicken porridge(which is quite nice and it's only 2 bucks!)...

third is tiong bahru mrkt soyabean milk(supposedly! but we screw up cos we went to the wrong stall and drank the wrong drink) and xu yuan's fav. which is zongzi(which the guys ate!)

4th- rushed all the way to KATONG. and tt is the worst leg as i quote the rest of e team members. cos we seriously screwed up tt leg cos the clue to find the facilitator is like within 100-250 of east coast road..
we practically RAN the whole 100 to 250 of east coast road. we thot it was katong laksa lah. but nahs. so anws. we ran and ran and in the end. with some help from our fellow vj fwens and the helpers walking ard. we FOUND the MAN. the one with the clue. he was at 100 east coast road which is the damn katong complex building. and he was at some super inconspicuous place.
so anyways. the clue was like some 8 digit no u are supposed to use ur hp to decipher it. so yeahs. we couldnt realli decipher and i think he noe we ran the whole of east coast.
then he told us tt e stall is yong huat char kway teow! which was damn nice. actuallie i think cos we were all damn tired and hungry so all the food seems heavenly. though in actual fact it may not be! so anws. yong huat was just opp the katong complex. fin the food within 10 mins?!

5th- blk 32 upp cross st. which is CHINATOWN. we hesitated for quite some time at the parkway busstop. cos we were thinking take 197 or take nel faster. cos 197 is str bus. then aud suddenly say "take nel lah" then we ran to take 31(which was LEAVING!) the task there damn tough. but the person was quite nice! and aud thinks he's yandao hahahahas!!!! ate chicken rice(the guys!) and yu mian mee fen(which was freaking hot). the uncle was like saying we damn poor thing. eat until so rush. okie anws it was like 1530 by then.
and next stop was like sgooon gdns!

6th- not chomp2! but sgn gdns mrkt. erms. pork lip read there. and she was like practically saying out the word lah but the facilitator like quite nice nvr say anythg. so anws. we reach there at 1610? so anws. e 1st phrase she lip read was "NURTURING CHILDREN TO SUCCEED"
the success was damn the hard to get lah cos i think pork's braces got prob or sthg. haha. cant realli fig out what she was saying. i was like "nurturing children for SARS?!?!" haha
then everione was luffing. then i guess again
"nurturing...for SARSI"..haha cos it relli seem like sarsi.
guy said it was very close liaos. and we were like?!
then we try and try and i say "success!" erms then it was even closer lah. then someone say "succeed!" the MAGIC WORD. haha
so anws the stall was like soya bean milk. before the guys reach the stall. the girls fin drinking liaos haha. so anws it was 1620

and the facilitator asked if we wanna go bac to nus campus!
cos if we don reach by 5pm, we wont even get a chance to win anythg. and our chances were qt low. cos we heard tt some grps completed even more stalls liaos. then the whole thing is quite dumb. cos lianghe lives aty sgoon. liyao vs hostel. aud and i-boon keng. pork-old airport rd there. so it's like if we rush back by taking nel it's damn DUMB.
cos it means lianghe will be travelling fr sgoon to nus and from nus to sgoon which is damn DUMB.
and bk is like on the way too. and old airport road and marine parade is like on the east side of spore! faints*
and we don wanna waste money taking cab bac cos it's not worth it cos i don think prizes are attractive!
so we decided to "fall out" like what the facilitator said. hahah. like some army or sthg.
so yeahs we left for home
and i am here typing furiously for cor to read.
poor cor cant come todae! u miss out qt a lot haha.
and i am still not done yet.
cos some incidents took place.
eg. my "i'm sure lah" to this guy. and i think he thinks i am damn rude or mean to him. i didnt mean to. who ask him to bring his sis's wallet OUT.
and pork nearly LOST her life while jaywalking
